Dog attacks, injures 2-year-old girl at holiday gathering in Helvetia

Bear, a black Labrador, attacked a 2-year-old girl at a family gathering Sunday in Helvetia. The dog caused deep cuts to the child's neck, face, head and severed the top of her ear. She's expected to survive.
